HYBA is an innovative start-up in the Green Mobility industry. We design, engineer, and commercialize swappable batteries. Thanks to the team experience and our IP, we are collaborating with the biggest motorcycle manufacturer to define the standards for the Swappable batteries. HYBA’s goal is to enhance easy and smart green transition with our swappable battery. The addressable markets are multiple and are growing: light motorcycles, microcars, golf karts, forklifts, light boats and more. Thanks to the Baas (Battery as a Service), HYBA can maximize the competitiveness and flexibility of his offer, while assuring the sustainability of the battery life cycle. We aim to offer the smartest and most sustainable Baas.

Hyba's Swappable Battery System

HYBA developed the concept of an innovative swappable power unit (the “POD”) and a system around It. HYBAs’ POD features several innovations: • standardisation & modularity: it can be used with different devices, just adding up units according to the power needs • recharging options: it can be charged both at home and in battery swapping stations avoiding to wait for the charging time • range of application: thanks to its battery management system (“BMS”), the system can adapt to work even with not all the POD mounted. • non-obsolescence, thanks to its not-welded internal cell connection system, the cells can be easy upgraded. • sustainability: it has been designed for easy disassembling & reuse of many components, allowing for recycling and a sharp reduction of the necessary critical Raw Materials • ease of use: its light weight (10 kg, significantly less than the other EVs batteries)
