Alessio Fanelli

Alessio is Partner & CTO at Decibel, a $500M+ VC firm focused on early stage technical founders. He also co-hosts Latent Space, the largest AI engineering podcast and newsletter which was #10 in the United States tech charts and has over 1M listeners. 

He was previously at 645 Ventures, which he helped grow from $7M to $500M AUM in 5 years. There he built Voyager, one of the first data-driven sourcing platforms for VCs and invested in seed rounds of companies now worth almost $3B. Before venture capital, he was an engineering lead at startups and founded his own, Smart Torvy, after dropping out of university.
