We give the possibility of building artificial intelligence on the plants to predict the anomaly and suggest to man the recipe to prevent it from happening. Thanks to Rewind, every industrial plant has the possibility of having its custom artificial intelligence that learns from the past and puts man in a position to prevent them. The test is based on three steps 1- data acquisition.Thanks to our edge cloud computing architecture we are able to acquire data via OPC client without giving too much work to the ict team 2-machine learning develop: we build machine learning algorithms to customize artificial intelligence 3- performance evaluation. We bet that we can predict at least 30% of the anomalies. At the end of the test we are ready to engineer the solution and make it scalable for all systems
