Innovation comes from anywhere
Sommario workshop
Innovation doesn’t have to be about reinventing the wheel.
Google recognizes a fundamental truth about innovation: it comes from anywhere. This principle emphasizes that innovation isn’t someone’s job title but is everyone’s responsibility. Moreover, ideas can come from anyone in the organization, regardless if they are top-level executives, employees who work in roles or departments not typically associated with innovation, or employees on the “bottom” of the company’s totem pole.
Furthermore, the Open Innovation paradigm teaches us that the best response to a company's innovation needs can also come from outside the organization, perhaps from collaboration with a startup that has already successfully tested that solution on the market.
