SMAU | Italy RestartsUp in Stockholm - taking place on May 20th - goes beyond geographical borders, aiming to create a strong connection between the Italian innovation ecosystem, the Nordics hub, and the Nordic market. The initiative provides a fertile ground for startups, corporates, investors, and innovation stakeholders from both Italy and Nordics.

This collaborative effort is not only about showcasing the growth of Italian startups or addressing corporate needs; it offers Nordic investors and entrepreneurs a firsthand view of dynamic innovation landscapes across multiple sectors. In particular, startups operating in Industry, Energy, Mobility, Smart Communities, AgriFood, and Healthcare will take center stage.

A curated selection of about 30 Italian startups will showcase their products and services to corporates, investors, and innovation enablers. The event will also feature pitching sessions and panel discussions with key players from the Italian and Nordic innovation ecosystems, exploring themes such as corporate innovation & emerging opportunities, energy & sustainability, digitalization & AI, connected communities and innovation ecosystem.
 

Alongside the startups, innovation teams from some of Italy’s largest corporations will be present, seeking to connect with key players in the Nordic innovation ecosystem.
