Andreas Saxin

Biography

Andreas Saxin is a registered nurse and senior innovation leader at Karolinska University Hospital. Combining active clinical practice with innovation leadership, he brings firsthand understanding of frontline needs to his work — a foundation he sees as essential for driving relevant and sustainable change. As part of the Healthcare Frontline Innovation project, he supports the identification and development of ideas emerging from clinical staff and mentors fellow innovation leaders to build organizational capacity for innovation driven by those closest to the patient.
