Gekosoft is a startup founded in 2018 to offer specialized Cloud SaaS services in social, care and health sector, building on the ten-year experience of the founding members; the platforms currently online offer flexible, modular and highly customizable and configurable management solutions. Owner of ta SdI channel, Gekosoft integrates the native management of electronic invoices and electronic orders into all solutions, as well as the transmission of health costs data to the TS system. The development processes in progress also include interoperability with the Fascicolo Sanitario Elettronico.

GISSS is aimed at organizations that provide socio-health-educational services. It is scalable, configurable and capable of adapting to very different realities even in size: entities with a single office and few users, or companies that manage dozens of centers and hundreds of employees. It allows operators to feed an articulated electronic folder with data organized according to their specific needs (maximum configurability of processes) or collected thanks to the proposal of validated and internationally recognized tools. GISSS allows the automation of the billing process, usually burdensome due to the complexity of the summary, by processing the activities and services served according to rules and parameters configured by the user, reducing to a few fractions of a second practices that usually require several working days. After 12 years in the on premise version, from January 2021 gisss.eu is online with the first 10 customers (about 30 structures). The answer is excellent and confirms the ease of learning and use, flexibility and the ability to represent business processes.

FisioBox is a cloud software for managing the healthcare professional's office and appointments; it is used by physiotherapists or similar (eg speech therapists, orthoptists, podiatrists or anyone who has to manage studies and visits on patients). It is suitable for both individual professionals and companies with many studios and operators. FisioBox manages the entire workflow: the management of personal data, the archiving of information and documents, waiting lists, up to electronic invoicing. The system is highly configurable: it allows to create users with rights and specific tasks, to edit and storage documents from models, to make statistics, to communicate internally (between operators) and towards patients (SMS and email).
