HValues is an HR Tech Human Intelligence platform designed to help companies and professionals better understand people and turn that knowledge into more informed decisions, development paths, and concrete actions.
The platform combines assessments, data, and artificial intelligence in a single journey. Through a situational assessment lasting about 30 minutes, HValues analyzes soft skills, strengths, development areas, potential, and possible risk signals such as burnout. The information collected becomes a structured foundation that can be used across different stages of the employee lifecycle.
In recruiting, HValues helps recruiters and hiring managers better understand candidates, prepare more targeted interviews, explore the most relevant aspects for a specific role, and reduce reliance on purely subjective evaluations. After a person joins the company, the same data can support onboarding, development, internal mobility, career paths, and talent management.
For learning and development, the platform allows companies to start from real gaps and actual development needs rather than standardized training programs. The assessment provides an initial baseline that can be used to build more personalized development paths and measure progress over time.
HValues also includes SuperHR, the platform’s AI assistant, which supports HR teams, managers, and employees in everyday situations such as feedback, conflict management, development, career conversations, managerial support, and other moments where a more contextual understanding of the person is needed. The goal is to connect the potential identified through the assessment with the person’s development and with what actually happens in the workplace.

The initial assessment creates a map of the person’s potential. When a development need emerges, HR can focus on specific competencies through a micro-assessment that measures current performance. Based on this, the company can activate the most appropriate development path, such as training, coaching, mentoring, or classroom learning, and then carry out a new measurement to verify progress. HValues makes it possible to compare potential and performance across individual skills, making development more targeted and allowing companies to measure how performance changes after a learning intervention.

The HR Supervisor turns these insights into practical interview support by suggesting what to investigate, which questions to ask, and where to focus on possible risks or potential. HValues does not replace the recruiter or make automated decisions. It provides a structured foundation to make selection more informed, in-depth, and less dependent on impressions alone.
