Kelly - AI Digital Concierge

Kelly - AI Digital Concierge

Kelly is Innovatech’s AI Digital Concierge, designed to transform how travelers, patients, and customers interact with services and facilities. Powered by conversational AI and available 24/7 in more than 60 languages, Kelly provides instant, personalized, and multichannel support, enhancing user experience while reducing operational costs. In tourism, it acts as an interactive guide suggesting itineraries, attractions, and local events; in hospitals and healthcare facilities, it serves as a digital front office simplifying patient reception and information; in shopping malls, it supports visitors with promotions, services, and orientation. Thanks to Innovatech’s proprietary UFLOtA® technology, the training process is simplified and the answers generated by the AI are not only accurate, but also consistent with corporate standards and fully compliant with existing documentation. Kelly is a tangible example of Effective Innovation, where AI becomes measurable, accessible, and sustainable value.
