Description

Rescomp Engineering is a spin-off of the University of Padova leveraging decades of academic research on composite materials. We offer high level consultancy and testing and commercialise a software for the fatigue design of composite parts (Rescomp - FLA), and a sensorless solution for the real-time structural health monitoring (Rescomp - SHM). These innovative products, complemented by our consultancy support and additional ad-hoc software tools, foster an efficient, cost-effective, reliable use of composites in different fields.

RESCOMP - FLA e RESCOMP - SHM for reliable design and maintainance of composite parts

RESCOMP – FLA is a reliable and flexible software plug-in for simulating fatigue damage and failure in composite components. It interfaces with commercial finite element analysis (FEA) software through an efficient and fast computational strategy. RESCOMP – SHM is a tool and methodology for structural health monitoring of composite components, enabling sensorless, real-time monitoring. The standalone use—or, even better, the combined use—of these two products enables optimized and safe design, as well as the reliable use of composite materials across a wide range of industries.
