JUSP is a European company based in Italy offering mobile-POS solutions and value-added services for merchants, small businesses and large corporates, in need of accepting secure card payments in mobility. JUSP head-quarter is based in Cagliari (Italy) and has a commercial office in Milan (Italy) for domestic and international business development activities. JUSP is the first proprietary Chip&PIN mobile POS which connects via audio jack to mobile devices. HISTORY 2011 - founded by a young entrepreneur Jacopo Vanetti (CTO). 2012 - first round raised with angel investors including Stefano Calderano. He thereafter joined the team as CEO. 2013 - 6 million dollars equity round with two Italian Venture Capital firms, becoming the biggest Round A of financing ever obtained in Italy TEAM 20 people, the majority of which are software developers, the remainers are involved in marketing, business development and sales, operations and customer service.
