Emil Banca is one of only two banks in Italy to have a social rating, alongside Banca Etica. The bank has approximately 100 branches between Bologna and Piacenza, in the heart of Emilia.
Mug was created to foster the development of new businesses, SMEs, and startups. It is a physical space of 1,750 square meters in the heart of Bologna. To support startups, we offer incubation and acceleration programs, startup financing, grant scouting, matchmaking activities with corporates, and open innovation initiatives for the bank.
MUG is an active player in the regional innovation ecosystem.
