Enhancement of the passenger experience We want to ensure a safe and pleasant travel experience for our passengers. We are, therefore, looking for ideas that positively influence their journey through Milan airports and help reduce their stress level. Examples of possible needs are: - New frontiers for the usage of biometric recognition - Use of Holograms in customer care (connected to our chat bot and able to speak and communicate properly with passengers) - Digital solutions to provide to each passenger a tailor-made and customised experience (info about parking, about their flight, where to eat and where to shop based on their preferences,…) - Robotics or digital solutions to increase the cleanliness level of terminals - Solutions to facilitate the interaction between frontline staff and passengers, especially passengers with reduced mobility (e.g. multi language tools to speak with passengers of different nationalities) - Entertainment for all ages (from kids to elderly people) - Solutions to monitor and automatically analyse passengers behaviour in specific situations (e.g. passengers ability to detect and follow the wayfinding/signage,…) - Improved accessibility to airport services (e.g. access to lounges, parking,…) - Improvement of shopping and food & beverage experience 2. Improvement of the operational efficiency To achieve the always evolving targets in the Quality supplied and perceived by passengers and to meet business efficiency and sustainability targets we are increasingly looking for solutions that help to optimise the time and energy of colleagues working in operations: - Solutions to avoid accidents in the apron due to right-of-way violations - Detections of FOD: Field Object Debries (any object that may be left accidentally on the apron and that may be dangerous for people, aircrafts and vehicles - Robotics for baggage handling both for loading and unloading baggage from the aircraft or in the BHS (baggage handling system) - Robots/drones to check the security of the perimeter of the airport area - Autonomous driving applied to vehicles circulating in the apron and in the streets approaching our terminals 3. Enhancement of the sustainability/environmental impact We are investing more on sustainability with concrete projects and initiatives to safeguard our environmental heritage. SEA has a major objective: to achieve Net Zero (‘net zero emissions’) by 2030: in that regard, we are looking for solutions for: - Improving waste management and the recycling process - automating the GO (Garanzia di Origine) allocation management process, on sub-hourly level basis and with reference to the specific end-user profile’s needs - Airport Carbon Capture - production and utilization of green H2 in the airport ecosystem - monitoring Real time the Airport carbon footprint Scope 1 and Scope 2 - Advanced BMS (Building management system) for management and forecasting of energy consumption, energy costs and CO2 emissions - energy efficiency of existing buildings - recharging and electrification of aircraft service vehicles. - Innovative systems for renewable energy production for specific airport applications - green mobility - Smart systems for forecasting and dispatching renewable energy for applications in ASDC networks. - Smart platforms for green energy supply - Reduction of water consumption - Reduction of noise pollution - Waste compactors 4. Improvement in administrative/staff processes We follow strict procedures and processes to ensure that the overall business and, above all, compliance are run according to all the rules and regulations we are required to follow. However, we are looking for organisational or technological solutions that, while maintaining these objectives, allow us to optimise the most repetitive or automatable activities, improving the speed of processes and the general level of satisfaction of our colleagues. Examples of possible needs are: - Data reporting and sharing - AI applied to back-end processes to take care of non-value adding activities (e.g. AI to automatically read and categorize reviews from passengers and to prepare a possible answer) - Solutions that gather and analyse passengers feedbacks coming from multiple channels (e.g. social media, Google,…) - Time management - Enhancement of processes to manage the staff planning and allocation - Employees engagement - Meetings organization and management solutions Candidati qui per incontrare SEA Milan Airports a SMAU
