Skillvue analyses candidates’ and employees’ skills in a fast, objective and scalable way using proprietary AI-based technology. It enables companies to adopt a skills-based approach to recruitment, internal mobility and talent development, immediately identifying high-potential candidates and developing growth and mobility paths for employees. Skillvue is used by some of the largest Italian and European companies in sectors such as Banking, Finance, Retail and Large-scale distribution, both for recruitment and for internal skills analysis. It is particularly suitable for medium and large-sized companies with high volumes of hiring and/or with a need to standardise their skills mapping system.

Skillvue is the AI-based platform that analyzes candidates’ and employees’ skills in a fast, objective and scalable way. HR professionals can select the most relevant skills tests for a role and thus create a customised assessment test for candidates or employees. The invitation to the test can be made through a simple email or message containing a direct link. On average, the test takes 15 minutes and it can be taken from any type of device, ensuring a simple, yet innovative user experience. Once the test is completed, Skillvue produces a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the skills within minutes, providing a grade on the person's compatibility with the role (Skill matching) and a rating of each skill on a Likert scale of 1 to 5. This makes it possible to identify high-potential candidates and to develop effective growth, training and internal mobility paths for employees.
