MISSION Soisy is an Italian Payment Institution that offers instalment payments at point of sale (PoS), financed via marketplace lending for a simple, fast and cheap payment experience. PoS loans increase the merchants' sales and ticket size, but are difficult to integrate for e-commerce and are not usable on mobile. Soisy offers a desktop/mobile online application that is easy to integrate. TARGET Merchants: we target e-commerce in the furniture, sport and travel sectors, especially on platforms where we have plugins (e.g. Magento). A secondary target is door-to-door merchants (e.g. photographers, solar panels installers). Investors: we target retail (< 2 AUM) and institutional investors.
