Adam is the Head of Ecosystem Development and Solutions for Startup at Intesa Sanpaolo Innovation Center, in which he joined in 2022, with the role of guiding the ecosystem enabling activities and manage solutions for startups.
After an MSc in Finance at the US University of Budapest, Hungary in 2009 he began and rapidly developed his career in management consulting and joined Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Hungary. After covering different managerial positions in Organizational Development and Digital Customer Experience, He joined the International Talent Program of the Group in 2019 covering different roles in core and non-core banking technology innovation.
