Anne-Lise Lajoie

Passionate about entrepreneurship and skilled in strategy, Anne-Lise has shaped her career by developing a strong strategy expertise in consulting firms. In 2017, she successfully designed and launched BNP Paribas' first internal startup studio to propel 14 new ventures in 18 months: 80% of internal ventures got additional budget to continue and some have become subsidiaries of BNPP or became stand-alone startups.

As the driver behind BNP Paribas' Open Innovation initiative, Anne-Lise revitalized the 2 acceleration programs and initiated a dedicated program for early-stage impact-driven startups in 2023. She is now dedicating her time to serve corporates and institutions in their Open innovation endeavors leveraging the strengths of 50 Partners, which is recognized one of the best and long-lived accelerator in France.

Throughout the years, she has supported 120 product teams and almost 50 start-ups.
