Conny Reidefors is an experienced Strategic Business Development Manager focusing on innovation, partnerships and investments at Skellefteå Kraft – one of Sweden’s largest energy companies with a 100% renewable energy portfolio. In this current role, Conny focuses on driving strategic initiatives that foster innovation, investment and sustainable growth both within the organization and creating symbiotic business opportunities together with external partners. Driven by the green and sustainable transition, focal areas are smart production, distribution and storage on one hand alongside sustainable industry, properties and mobility on the other.

Previously, Conny served as a Senior Business Advisor at Arctic Business Incubator, where he supported startups and scaleups in northern Sweden affiliated with Luleå Technical University. His career also includes a position as a global Market Development Manager at 3M, where he honed his skills in global marketing and sales.

Conny's long career in innovation and driving business growth is complemented by his background in engineering and management consulting. His international experience and network have been instrumental in helping companies expand and thrive in competitive markets.
