Information Technology Engineer with double degree, both in Milan and Chicago, Daniele has started his professional career in consulting in Digital and Customer Experience: from designing strategic roadmaps for multiple companies and brands to enabling Omnichannel Customer Engagement, from implementing operating models on digital channels to insights generation based on Big Data analysis.
In the 2016 Daniele participates to the launch of the “Customer” practice of KPMG Italy dedicated to Customer Experience and Digital. He also directly contributes to write 2 yearly publications on Harvard Business Review on Customer Experience. His recent experience in Boehringer Ingelheim has seen him leading the Italian Customer Experience, Omnichannel Excellence, Data Science and Digital projects teams.
Daniele is currently Customer Experience and Innovation Director in Chiesi Italy with the responsibility of driving Customer Experience excellence and Digital transformation in the Italian affiliate of Chiesi Group an international, research-focused biopharmaceuticals group, based in Parma.
