Graduated in Economics with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy.
She started her career as a young entrepreneur in the wellness industry before moving to strategic consultancy. Prior to joining Europ Assistance, she spent 10 years at AXA Italia covering different roles in Strategy, Distribution and Marketing.
She moved to AXA HQ in Paris in 2016 to take lead of programs to improve customers and brand experience, among many the partnership with Liverpool Football Club.
In her current role she leads the Global Customer Experience transformation to create trustful relationships and to simplify the lives of EA customers and partners.
