Louis Fearn is a Principal at InMotion Ventures, the investment arm of JLR.
In what has been one of the fund’s busiest periods to date Louis has carved a niche for himself as the team’s leading authority on ClimateTech investments.
Louis has led multiple deals in the highly competitive material innovation space, including recycled leather pioneers Gen Phoenix and UNCAGED Innovations, a US based biomaterial startup.Beyond materials Louis is also an expert in the electrification value chain. He put his expertise to work when leading the investment in ev.energy, a hugely exciting startup that has become a global cornerstone for vehicle-grid integration.
Beyond deal-making, Louis is a respected voice in the industry, as seen through his participation at events like South Summit, and his commentary in publications such as Business Insider and UKTN.
