Matteo Mingardi

Biografia

38 years of age, he holds a degree in Management Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Bologna. In the year 2017, he participated in an Executive Program focusing on International Business Management in Paris, and in January 2019, successfully completed an Executive Master's program in Strategic Innovation Management at the MIP Politecnico di Milano. Since the year 2022, he has been serving on the Advisory Board of the Politecnico di Milano for the Executive Master in Digital Transformation, and on the Advisory Committee for the Bologna Business School for the Global MBA in AI & Robotics.
He has been engaged as a Keynote Speaker at various conferences across Europe and the United States (Silicon Valley), addressing the themes of Open Innovation and Change Management. With more than a decade of experience in Innovation, Strategy, and Business Development within international arenas, he has worked for prestigious companies such as Whirlpool, Akkodis, and Concorde Group, assuming roles of progressively increasing responsibility. At present, he occupies the role of Chief Innovation Officer at Pelliconi Group, overseeing a team exceeding 20 members distributed across Europe, China, and the United States.
