Rose Ghamari serves as the Manager of Talent Development at the DMZ, a top-tier tech incubator dedicated to propelling startups to success. She leads strategies and programs that nurture the growth of aspiring entrepreneurs, youth, and newcomers, emphasizing upskilling and reskilling. With a foundation in Aerospace Engineering and an MBA from the Ted Rogers School of Management, Rose seamlessly merges tech with business insights. Beyond the DMZ, she champions CHATS, a non-profit assisting older adults and their caregivers.
