Silvia Fierro is the Head of Open Innovation and Ecosystem at Eni, where she oversees and shape the company’s efforts to drive innovation through collaboration with startups, research institutions, and industry partners. With a deep expertise in fostering cutting-edge innovation strategies, Silvia focuses on creating partnerships, analyze and read through trends and shape energy initiatives towards Eni’s mission. Over the past decade, Silvia led projects both national and international for sectors such as insurance, banking, and manufacturing and since 2019 focusing on energy and sustainability.
