Biography
André Augusto is a Professor at Dalarna University and Director of the Sustainable Energy Research Centre (SERC). He holds a PhD in Sustainable Energy Systems from the University of Lisbon in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He previously worked at Arizona State University, leading a research team on advanced solar cells and photovoltaic technologies, and collaborating with startups and companies in the solar and semiconductor industries, including US DOE-supported foundry projects in the PV sector.
