Biography
Dr Giulia Sirigu holds a PhD in Foreign Policy and has a strong background in globalization, political economy and global gender relations. She is currently Scaleup Director at Innovate UK Business Growth, where she leads national initiatives for the Women in Innovation programme and supports innovative businesses in scaling internationally. She is one of the experts of the Enterprise Europe Network Women Entrepreneurship Thematic Group and the Sector group Agrifood. Giulia has worked with public and private institutions, including ICE Agency in Mexico, and is also the North Representative for the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the UK. A long-standing advocate for women’s empowerment, she is actively involved in mentoring and leadership networks supporting women’s professional growth.
