Biography

Ipshita spent 5 years at EIT Health designing and scaling acceleration programmes for European health startups, from pre-incubation to Series A/B and beyond. She now works at Université Paris-Saclay as Partnership Manager, bridging academia and industry. Passionate about innovation ecosystems, she connects ideas, people and organisations to turn collaboration into real-world impact.
