Stéphanie Ricci is Founder of Phoenix Advisory, a Future of Work advisory firm, and a global HR transformation leader, advisor & investor. Formerly Chief Learning Officer at AXA and Group Head of Talent at Kering, she pioneered major global upskilling, culture and digital transformations. Today she advises ExComs on AI, talent and learning strategy, is Venture Partner in a pan-European Future of Work tech fund, advises scale-ups, and serves on the board & ExCo of Bocconi Alumni Paris.
